The problem
Real-estate agencies in Belize each need the same things: a fast public website, a searchable listings inventory, lead capture, and a back office for agents. Building and maintaining that separately for every agency means duplicated code, duplicated bugs and inconsistent data.
What I built
Propzy is a multi-tenant platform: one FastAPI and MongoDB backend serving listings, agents, leads and media for many agencies, with a React front end and per-tenant branding. Each agency gets its own public site and CRM on the same infrastructure, and new tenants are onboarded by configuration rather than by writing code.
The result
Propzy runs in production and powers the listings and lead flow behind several Belizean agency websites, including JADE Real Estate and Ambergris Island Realtors. One codebase, one deployment, every agency current.
