Mark Logic Development
Howdy. I'm Mark, and I build software that has to work.
Eighteen years of software engineering, data systems and infrastructure work in Belize, for government agencies, NGOs and businesses that need software that actually holds up.

What I do
Two kinds of work
Most of what I do falls into one of two categories. Some projects need both.
01 / SYSTEMS & DATA
Systems & Data
Data pipelines, survey and statistical systems, Oracle APEX and PL/SQL applications, reporting and analytics, and the server and network infrastructure underneath them. This is the work I do for government departments, statistical agencies, NGOs and international organisations, where the system has to survive audits, staff turnover and a decade of use.

02 / WEB & APPS
Web & App Development
Web applications, business websites, mobile apps and the APIs that connect them. Built properly: fast, accessible, maintainable by whoever comes after me, and yours to keep. This is the work I do for businesses that need a tool or a presence and want it done once, correctly.

Who you'd be working with
Mark Noble

I run Mark Logic Development from Belize, and I manage the Systems Development and Data Processing department at the Statistical Institute of Belize. That combination is the point: I have spent nine years inside a public institution learning what actually happens to software after it is delivered, and eighteen years building software as a consultant. I work in English, Spanish and Mandarin.
